Series developer, Story editor, Sound designer
I’m an award-winning podcast producer based in Brooklyn, NY with 8+ years experience in the industry, and about two decades in audio. I’ve developed and showrun series for networks, agencies, brands, and individuals, coached new hosts, directed top talent, and designed and managed technical and creative operations for diverse outfits. I’m also a judge for the Signal Awards and Ambies Awards.
My series have topped listener charts in General, Technology, History, Travel, and Society & Culture categories. They’ve been nominated for multiple awards including Ambies for Podcast of the Year, received Webby’s honors and nominations for Documentary categories, and won in AdWeek and NY Festivals. Two series have been translated into Spanish, Italian, German, and Danish.
Currently I’m reporting an investigative series about an breakthrough technology and its enigmatic entrepreneur in the Pacific Northwest (go here for updates). I’m also in production on an art and craft show – if you’d like to talk about your own making of a work, email me.
Past Work
Latest series: Dear Cousin: The Stalking of Susan Fensten, produced with Ventureland and out on Audible, and now Wondery+. I was hired by the wonderful Suzanne Hargrove to showrun and lead production of our immersive Y2K thriller about an early cyberstalking case. Reviewers have called it unpausable and informative to their own healing. Dear Cousin was an Editor’s Select and in the Top 10 US Nonfiction audiobooks list for multiple weeks. We were recently nominated for a 2025 Webby Award for Documentary (Limited-Series & Specials) and have been selected for wider release on the Wondery+ slate of premium shows.
Press
As a series developer and showrunner, my work has been recommended in The New Yorker, TIME Magazine, WNYC, WIRED, Vogue, The Atlantic, Airmail, Vulture, Mashable, The Verge, Fast Company, Variety, Axios, Crime Writers on Crime, Crime Junkies, Podcast Gumbo, Republic World, HotPod, and local newspapers.
An A.I.-based prank I designed for the podcast Sleepwalkers was featured in HowSound in 2019, and I also spoke about it at Sound Education at Boston U & Harvard. (Ask me about the A.I. seltzer.)
